Hello everyone,

After 3 long years of dealing with RSD and fighting for benefits I finally have a hearing with the judge March 18th.  It is coming up so fast.  Any one who has had to deal with Social Security knows how important this hearing is.   I was wondering if you might say a quick prayer for me. My family could really use the extra income and I really need the medical and dental benefits.

Thank you all so much. I really do appreciate everything you all do for me more  than you know.

Greets Sandy,

I invoke Archangel Zadkiel to stand by you during the interview, softening and encouraging the mind of the interviewer to balance Mundane Human law with Divine Justice.

And I pray that you are blessed with the assistance you need

Many blessings hon, we are with you

Go sands go!  Here's to praying that the judge is level headed and open minded.  I hope you do get the money and benefits you need and deserve.  Take them to the cleaners!

Hey Girl...I wish you very good luck and prayers for this cause it's going to be hard.

My husband Travis went through this and I wanted to give you a pep talk before.

There are two people you have show that you are disabled....

The Judge and the Rehabilitation Worker...the Rehab Worker is going to find several reasons why you can still work and not disabled.
That is the person you must tell all your woes to...let he/she know every single ache and pain you have, things like you have trouble walking or standing or sitting for long periods of time. Lifting objects or 5 lbs or more hurts your back or arms.
They are going to be tough...trust me. It's not going to be a walk in the park. You have to prove to them why you are disabled...not just RSD, but mention what RSD does to your body.
Travis went in there with artifical parts in his neck, nerve damage to both arms from breaking his neck, two blown discs in his lower back, headaches all the time from nerve damage, High Blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes type 2, problems walking, problems sitting and sleeping. Many many problems with 4 doctors who all say he's disabled...the Judge and Rehab Counselor said he could at least sit in a chair and pack Almonds...and denied his SSI.
Take notes...write everything down, what problems...how often...when they occur..how strong they are (pain) what it does to your everyday life style. Everything and anything you can think of...take noted and take those notes with you.
Good luck hon..I hope you get it.

Hello Leandra... Wishing you all the best!! My son just now started receiving benefits. He was denied twice and they told him he was going to have to go before a judge. Several months later he gets a letter in the mail telling him that he's been approved for Soc. Sec. with both type A&B medicare... What happened to the judge? Maybe the same thing will happen for you..
